Sazerac invested in a digital transformation initiative to modernize its corporate and brand web presence across a portfolio of more than 400 brands. The effort focused on consolidating siloed digital properties into a scalable experience framework that could support brand growth, improve accessibility, and create a stronger foundation for digital commerce and marketing.


The Challenge

Sazerac’s corporate site and individual brand sites operated in silos, limiting the company’s ability to create connected customer journeys across brands and optimize go-to-market activity. With a large and growing portfolio, the business needed a more unified digital approach that could scale efficiently while supporting different brand and distillery experiences.

The Solution

The transformation began with the corporate site and a scalable design ecosystem that could be adapted across brand and distillery sites. Several brands were replatformed onto Adobe infrastructure, while Sazerac House served as an early ecommerce launch built on Adobe eCommerce. Supported by Adobe Experience Manager, Magento integration, and a reusable design system, the solution created a more accessible and scalable digital foundation for future brand growth.

The Impact

Sazerac now has a stronger and more flexible digital framework that supports brand expansion without requiring a major rebuild each time a site is updated. The new ecosystem improved accessibility, enabled more scalable digital commerce, and established a repeatable model for modernizing brand experiences across the company’s portfolio.
