The Challenge Oppenheimer’s marketing team was constrained by an inefficient content authoring experience and the added development effort required to maintain the previous CMS. The project also involved migrating nearly 3,000 pages, preserving data integrity, maintaining site functionality during transition, and aligning stakeholders while introducing new components. The Solution The solution introduced a unified architecture capable of supporting a complex content ecosystem across advisors, branches, premium group sites, and media content, while maintaining clarity and consistency in a highly regulated environment. Kentico’s hybrid headless capabilities provided the flexibility to enable multichannel readiness without compromising centralized control. The Impact The transformation consolidated and restructured 2,961 pages, delivered more than $175K in annual licensing cost savings, and reduced developer hours by 35%+ annually.
